About Me

With over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, I help organizations implement IT solutions that are not only technically reliable but also user-friendly and seamlessly integrated into existing HR processes. In my current role as an Application Manager, I focus on the support, optimization, and further development of software systems for workforce scheduling and time tracking.

My key strength lies in a user-centered approach: I guide employees through the adoption of new tools, explain technical issues in a clear and understandable way, and deliver practical training to ensure systems are used efficiently and with confidence. I combine technical expertise with instructional design skills and strong communication.

Whether I'm developing training concepts, engaging with key users, or helping to evolve the application based on operational needs—I rely on structured processes, sustainable solutions, and close collaboration between IT, HR, and end users. My goal is to shape digital workflows that ease the workload, empower employees, and deliver long-term value.
